A Columbus police officer spoke to NBC 4‘s Matt Alvarez in an off-camera interview at 5 p.m. Sunday and told him the victim’s stab wounds were self-inflicted.
CPD officials told NBC 4 the incident remained under investigation and detectives were not sure how the stabbing happened.

Well I am really sorry what happened to the boy. I just think the article title is funny. Of course there were conflicting reports. They were are comfest. There wasn’t any sober witnesses.
Careful with that knife, Eugene.
I really find it hard to believe that someone could stab themselves that many times especially severe enough to be fatal. Witnesses saw him wrestling and the other person was appologizing after Bryan was on the ground. Whatever happened my heart goes out to his family. I have and will continue to pray for them.
I wonder which notion a parent would desire more, that he was so whacked out that he thought to stab himself 5 times was a fine thing to do; or that he was a victim of a violent act catalyzed by the place he happened to be.
George Bush did it!
