Jason Yarhouse, 26, was taken to the Delaware County jail and charged with one count of arson.
Yarhouse intentionally set a fire near a home with five people inside, including two children, Delaware County Sheriff Walter L. Davis III said.
The crime happened Tuesday morning at 2257 State Route 521. The fire was set near the home of Yarhouse’s ex-girlfriend.
