Female Friends Tell Authorities They Were Kidnapped
CENTRAL OHIO—CPD and the Licking County sheriff’s office continued to investigate an alleged abduction that began in Columbus and ended at Buckeye Lake Saturday.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
A 17-year-old female and a 22-year-old woman, who say they are friends, said they were kidnapped at 9 a.m. from an area near Parsons and Southwood avenues on the city’s South Side.
They said two black males forced them into a green vehicle of unknown make and model and told them they were headed for West Virginia to be prostitutes.
The females told authorities they told their kidnappers they needed to use a restroom.
When they were allowed to leave the vehicle and go into a Buckeye Lake Duke and Duchess store alone, they locked themselves in a restroom.
They said the two men who allegedly took them at gunpoint left without them.
That was at about 5 p.m.
Columbus police told NBC 4 it was following all the leads given to them by the women and hoped to see surveillance video from the store in Buckeye Lake Monday.

No, what makes you a clueless idiot was your comment ‘that’s what women do’. You obviously hate women, or fear us, or so it seems in your posts. If you will notice my first post, I too said that I questioned their story. So I thought the odds were fair that they were lying. The only difference was I didn’t post anything negative about them without first having all the facts.
