WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio—Officials are investigating a double stabbing in Washington Court House and the suspect is the victim’s ex-husband who was already wanted by police.
A 911 phone call lead police to a house on Aspen in Washington Courthouse Friday night.
Upon arrival, police said, they found Linda McGraw and her boyfriend, Heath Gordon, both stabbed multiple times.
The suspect, Linda’s ex-husband, 29-year-old Roger McGraw, was later arrested at a relative’s home.
Roger McGraw already had a warrant out for his arrest, so NBC 4 wanted to know why he was still on the streets.
Lt. Jon Long with Washington Court House police said it was because they couldn’t find him until Saturday.
Both victims were taken by Medflight to Columbus hospitals where they are expected to recover.
Roger McGraw is charged with two counts of attempted murder.
