WHITEHALL, Ohio—A serious accident brought East Broad Street traffic to a halt Monday morning.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS Monday.

The crash happened right before 9:30 a.m.

Police said the involved car went off the road and crashed into a brick wall in the 4000 block of East Broad.

The driver was rushed to Mount Carmel West Medical Center. The driver might have had a heart attack while operating his vehicle.
