Federal Dollars Help Repave City Streets

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Federal monies will help the city repave several streets, officials said.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Nine streets will be repaved with $3 million. Streets such as Indianola Avenue on the city’s North Side, Front Street in the Brewery District and Tussing Road on the far East Side.

Officials said 18.5 miles of roadway would be resurfaced and the work will generate 84 jobs.

No word on when the roadwork would begin.
