UPDATE: State authorities cancel a missing adult alert late Saturday evening.
POLAND, Ohio—State authorities canceled a missing adult alert late Saturday evening for a couple who are from Poland, Ohio, near Youngstown.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Joesph and Mary Alice Romito were last seen at 5:30 p.m. Friday, according to reports.
Joseph, 83, is a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds and has brown eyes and gray hair.
Mary Alice is a white female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds. She has blond hair and green eyes and possibly was wearing glasses.
Mary Alice suffers from Alzheimer’s, and the couple has been known to drive around to calm her down so she can sleep at night.
Joseph also is easily confused and has gotten lost before, according to authorities.
The couple drive a brown or tan 2006 Chevy Impala with Ohio license plate CBL 6006.
