Thats just the smell of Columbus. When You have a city turning into a trash pile your going to have some smell. Most of it is at City Hall
While out last night visiting friends, we also could smell the odor. We were near 5th Avenue. and 670. That is northeast of downtown Columbus. The odor was strong in the air. My first thought was the Petroleum Plant down east 5th Avenue. It opened a few months ago. Every time I drive pass the plant on my way to Yearling Rd, I would hold my breath. I wonder how the city allowed the Petroleum Plant to open near a residential neighborhood, Restaurants, DCSS, and other businesses. It’s Scary to know that the smell did not come from down the street on 5th Avenue, but instead came from way on the west side of Columbus.
