URBANA, Ohio —The Marysville post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continued to investigate a minor plane crash.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Grimes Air Field.

Reports said 42-year-old Marc Comegys of Yellow Springs was attempting to take off in a single engine Comanche aircraft when the plan reportedly experienced mechanical problems.

Comegys unsuccessfully attempted to abort the take-off, and the plane slid off the end of the runway, striking a runway marker light before coming to rest in a field.

Neither Comegys or his three other passengers sustained any injuries as a result of the crash.
