COLUMBUS, Ohio—A judge refused to set bond Thursday for a Columbus man accused of crimes from felonious assault to kidnapping.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Frankie Mosley, 20, was arraigned in Franklin County Municipal Court Thursday morning. He faced a variety of felony charges.

Judge Amy Salerno refused to set bond for Mosley because of the seriousness of the charges.

He was arrested Tuesday night when police said he stole a car at the intersection of Cleveland and Hudson avenues.

As police followed the car, he allegedly began firing shots at police before crashing.

During his arrest, Mosley allegedly bit an officer.

He was charged with two counts of felonious assault, felony assault and aggravated robbery for the Tuesday night incident.

After his arrest, it was determined Mosley was a most-wanted fugitive and had several outstanding active warrants.

Not trying to be a bleeding heart liberal but I actually feel sorry for him. If you think of actually doing the things he did, how desperate or whacked out of your brain would you have to be? It’s sad. I agree he should be locked up for a very long time but obviously there’s a lot more to this than we probably know.

dude needs to be dead. Too bad the cops apparently did not shoot back. I can’t imagine anybody would miss him.

This dude is definitely where he needs to be.  He acted like he had a death wish.  You can’t allow people like him to get out to await his trial, he will just finish where he left off.  Kudos to the judge!!!!

It is about time they do something with this worthless piece of human waste!!!  Three cheers for the judge, bond in cases like his should NOT be considered at all. Now the state will just waste tens of thousands of dollars on him trying to straighten him up. LOL
