COLUMBUS, Ohio—A theft suspect targeted a West Side church overnight Thursday.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

CPD was called to Memorial Baptist Church, 2435 Eakin Rd., on reports of someone trying to steal copper or aluminum siding.

CPD said responding officers found a person who was trying to remove the gutters from the church.

The suspect was taken into custody.
