Deputies Find Husband Fatally Shot, Wife Stabbed

A man is found fatally shot after he stabbed his wife multiple times Monday night, according to deputies.

ASHVILLE, Ohio—A man was found fatally shot after he stabbed his wife multiple times Monday night, according to deputies.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Pickaway County sheriff’s deputies were called to 13393 Commercial Point Road around 8:15 p.m. Monday.

Terrie I. Little, 40, ran to a neighbor’s home with multiple stab wounds from a kitchen knife and defense wounds to her hands, according to deputies.

Someone called 911 from the neighbor’s home.

When deputies arrived at the residence, they found 68-year-old Ronald L. Little with a small-caliber gunshot wound to his leg.

The wound severed the femoral artery.

Ronald was dead upon the deputies’ arrival, but the sheriff’s office did not say he attempted suicide.

Ronald died because extreme blood loss due to the severing of the artery.

Terrie was transported to Grant Medical Center and was expected to survive.

Terrie said the incident started out of a domestic quarrel.

Authorities were waiting for the results of Ronald’s autopsy and were continuing the investigation.

Give him credit in these tough economic times for gov’t agencies he saved Pickaway County the money they would have used to feed and house him.
More people should follow his example and make their last act that of a responsible taxpayer
