COLUMBUS, Ohio—The FBI released a suspect sketch as part of an investigation into an alleged abduction.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

CPD and the FBI continued to investigate an alleged abduction after a woman said she was kidnapped at gunpoint Wednesday.

The woman said she was abducted at gunpoint from the area of Westwood and West 5th avenues. That’s on the city’s Northwest Side.

She said the suspect forced her to drive on Interstate 70.

The suspect’s stated destination was Chicago, Ill., but the vehicle overheated in Vigo County, Ind.

The suspect walked away from the disabled vehicle, she said, and she went to a residence and called the local police.

There was a massive manhunt with helicopters and bloodhounds Wednesday night, but the suspect was not apprehended, according to FBI’s Harry Trombitas.

She said the incident took place between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

CPD and the FBI said additional details will be released as they become available.

Kids in grade school with a etch a sketch could have done a better job than this horrible drawing.

it is a bad sketch. you would think that if she was in the car with this guy, all the way to Indiana, she should be able to give a better description… maybe it really was just a bad artist.

Is that the best we can do for a sketch? Did a 7th grader do it? How the heck is anyone supposed to recognize a suspect with a sketch like that? How many out of work artists would kill for a gig like that?

Could someone in the meai run her criminla background if you would so you can see she might be not so truthful ???
It has happened time and time again that police and media waste lots of time on cases like this that a week or so later turn out to be lies after lies.

Pretty GENERIC description so it makes me think even more there was no abduction of this upstanding citizen off our safe streets in a nice neighborhood ... Bet FBI is liking her as a story teller at this point.
