Girl Allegedly Raped For Punishment

LOVELAND, Ohio—Authorities say an Ohio man is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl as a form of punishment.
Police in the Cincinnati suburb of Loveland say 54-year-old Jackie Peterson is charged with one count of rape. He was being held Thursday in the Hamilton County jail on $150,000 bond.
Authorities say Peterson is accused of raping the girl at his Loveland home on Tuesday.
Police say she may have been abused 30 times over several months.
A county Department of Job and Family Services official says the girl’s mother left the teenager and her four siblings with Peterson while she worked or was out of town.
An accurate telephone number for Peterson’s attorney could not be found.

I have tried to write letters requesting that these individuals recieve harsher punishments for thier actions, sad thing is that even if they do sentence him to 10 years, he’ll b out in 5 on jusicial release. There is no justice for the child victims of these sicko monsters.
yeah,yeah, do this and do that and yet we do nothing as parents to protect these creeps our laws considering the laws in other states are mild the prisons are soft here they are protected in prison given t.v’s the comminssary is like krogers they live comfortable untill they are released to do it again, again, and again he’ll get maybe 10 yrs at the most they get NO TIME!!!!make it mandatory that they go to a supermax prison with no human contact no t.v. just a bible and a life time of nothing!!! i know cause ive been to prison 3 times and we the inmates are punished severly if we touch them call them names anything we are punished wanna change?? contact the department of corrections c/o bureau of classification
Actually if you remove his “boys”,you remove all testosterone,thereby removing all sex drive.
He most likely will continue to abuse,but not in a sexual manner.I’m all for guaranteeing women and children the right to live truely free in our country,where quite frankly they are not safe simply going from point A to point B everyday.
If we demanded as a society that these beasts be dealt with more harshly,then they would be.We need more men like you to stand up and assure the safety of our Moms,sisters,daughters,aunts and cousins-our neighbors even.
Unfortunately cutting off his parts won’t stop a sex offender. They will just find other ways to sexually molest people. You don’t have to use a penis. I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve to have his parts cut off. I’m just saying it won’t stop him.

it should be the dullest, most painful removal ever, and it should not be allowed to heal that way his “pain” will be felt for the rest of his life the same way this girls emotional pain will be felt. She will learn to deal with her pain but it will never go away and he should have to live with the same thing. An eye for an eye. Sadly he will go to jail, find Jesus and fell that all should be forgiven and forgotten. But as a Christian I dont understand why this sicko’s cant find Jesus before they get caught he is still there for them. As my grandma always told me “They are like the thief that is not sorry he stole, but is very very sorry he got caught”.
It’s time we as a community stand up against these beasts.We need to ensure that women and children have the RIGHT to safety in a country that taxes us equally,but doesn’t protect our right to free movement equally!

Landru…..under most circumstances, I would agree with you! But, not in this one! As the mother of a child who was raped, you cant afford to question who’s telling the truth! That child HAS to know you believe her! Is there a possibility that the child is lying? Absolutely! But, which is capable of the most harm? A child who’s been raped but closes up because she feels the adults dont believe her? Therefore, the child receives no help, and the adult goes free….possibly to do it to anohter child! Or an adult who’s being accused of such a crime who’s innocent. Who has to spend some time behind bars un til it all gets straightened out. Which has the potential for more harm???? In my opinion, when my daughter had come to me, had I not believed her, or had I questioned her sincerity…..there’s NO WAY she would’ve felt secure enough to talk to the police and investigators! She would’ve closed up! So, like I said, in a circumstance such as this one, we can never afford to doubt the child until given a reason to do so!
