Local Man Sentenced For Raping 6-Year-Old Boy
DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio—A man pleaded no contest to rape charges and was sentenced after a young boy reported being raped by him twice.

Neil Myers was charged with two counts of rape and other related offenses in December 2008.
Delaware County sheriff’s deputies said Myers attacked a 6-year-old boy Halloween night.
Myers, who has prior juvenile rape convictions, pleaded no contest to the rape charges in Delaware County court Monday.
He was sentenced to eight years in prison and must register as a Tier 3 sex offender.

If the system would have done it’s job originally this incident wouldn’t have happened. The article states he has “prior juvenile rape convictions”, that means that he has done this before more than once! This is one that could have been avoidable! He should be made to wear a sign in prison stating what he did and let the other inmates take care of him!
I hope this sicko gets raped several times a day in prison in every orifice until he can’t take it anymore and either kills himself, or a fellow prisoner takes care of him.

Eight years…for RAPING a SIX YEAR OLD…TWICE. What judge gave him this paltry sentence??? How can that even be one of the possible sentences for rape of a child? Shouldn’t it be like 20 to life??? We all know he’s going to do it again(and again)!! This makes me sick. That poor boy. I hope he gets tortured in prison (I don’t say killed because he doesn’t deserve the peace that death would bring).
8 years?!!!! Really!!!! So I guess this kid better watch his back when he’s fourteen. Ridiculous. This guy has prior juvenile RAPE convictions and he gets 8 years. REALLY!!!
