A man accused of killing another man with a single punch pleaded guilty to felonious assault Wednesday.
COLUMBUS, Ohio—A man accused of killing another man with a single punch pleaded guilty to felonious assault Wednesday.

A fight over a bottle of beer turned ugly April 2008 when a 29-year-old nursing student was punched outside of a popular Arena District bar, Gaswerks.
Nick Foss died three days after the fight, and 22-year-old Brent Goode turned himself in for the crime.
As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
He pleaded guilty to a second-degree felony charge of felonious assault.
Goode’s sentencing was scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, July 27.

See ppl always have to ruin it for others. This used to be such a nicle little spot to go hit up the happy hour. Now and days I’d rather just have happy hour at home. You never know where the violence is going to errupt anymore.
