Police: Armed Suspect Robs Pickerington Speedway

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Pickerington police asked for your tips in an overnight armed robbery.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

The Speedway on state Route 256 was robbed a Latino man at about 2:57 a.m. Friday, police said.

The suspect had a firearm, police said.

He was described as short and overweight. He was wearing a black or blue hoodie, blue jeans, a scarf over his face and gloves.
Police officers responded within minutes but were unable to locate the suspect.
Police requested that anyone in the area of the Speedway between the 2:30 and 3 a.m. who may have witnessed a vehicle or unusual activity, to contact the Pickerington police at 614-575-6911.
