DAYTON, Ohio—Police in Dayton believe a man in a wheelchair burglarized the same Italian restaurant four times last week, taking cash and $40 bottles of wine.

Owner Franco Germano says outdoor surveillance tapes show a man in a wheelchair rolling up to the restaurant in the early morning and forcing his way inside. Other tapes then show a man with one leg hopping through the hallways.

Police say 28-year-old Owen Robinson, who is missing a leg, has been charged with felony counts of breaking and entering, and a misdemeanor charge of drug abuse.
