A mom tells a different story after she is accused of having sex in her car while her children watched from the backseat.
DAYTON, Ohio—A mom was in court Monday after she was accused of having sex in her car while her children watched from the backseat.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Authorities said they found 24-year-old Danica Wallace engaged in sexual activity with a man in the front seat.
Wallace was charged with two counts of endangering children and public indecency.
She reportedly told police she pulled over to have sex because they could not have sex at a friend’s house.
Wallace told a different story in court and pleaded not guilty Monday.
“I had spilled beer on my pants, and when I went to change my pants, the police pulled up and said I was engaged in sex in the seat,” Wallace said in court. “I was not engaged in any sex while my kids were in the backseat.”
Wallace’s 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter were in the back seat.
She failed a field-sobriety test, according to police.
Police said officers found open beer bottles and marijuana residue in the car.

Ha, Ha, I couldn’t agree more Anonymous.

Honeybeez…Lighten up!! All the shouting is unnecessary! Agree…Disagree…Don’t read…whatever!
ONCE AGAIN I FEEL THE NEED TO STRESS WHAT THIS ARTICLE IS ABOUT FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME COMPREHENDING IT! THIS IS ABOUT A “MOM” WHO HAD SEX WITH SOME SCUMBAG IN HER CAR IN FRONT OF HER KIDS WITH ALCOHOL AND DRUGS INVOLVED…HOW DOES THAT IN ANY WAY INVOLVE WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT? Seriously? This is about someone who commited a crime/crimes not about the Mayor or the Police Dept!!! GET A GRIP!!If you have concerns about our mayor go to a City Council meeting and voice them instead of hiding behind a computer !! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF WHINING ON A COMPUTER!
Since I am concerning the “source” it is more law-abiding then some of the cops out here. So when you say concern the source maybe just maybe YOU ARE really referring to the cops.
On the other hand if something was to happen I would like for the law to be involve and be non-jugdemental. I what like for them to collect information as they should and not use their power/authority to be little or harrasse anyone. I do know and believe there are good officers out there but there are a few if not more rotten ones. Just like we don’t want to judge all officers based off of one don’t judge someone as being “bad or the source” because someone got arrested that they know.
Again THINK ABOUT IT!!! -_^
I guess so….you have too realize that occurances like that happen to alot of us on a daily basis….we are the neghborhoods that are going to hurt the most…..as usual. And I agree completely that our mayor is a joke….I have always felt that way, especially when he disrespected the children from the neighborhoods he claims to have lived in at once, by calling them unruly hoodlums. Congratulations mayor for the positive feed back towards the struggling children of our future….you need to focus on why these children (lambs of God) are suffering increasing behavioral problems….hmmmmm….bet your feedback helped….Mr. mayor, you can’t just focus on the children that obviously already know how to excel on thier own, it may help to reach out to those in dire need.
people are being murdered right and left in this city. It hasn’t hit close to home for many, yet others it has so I really don’t think the Mayors decision is going to impact too many of us.
Probably not Maumi but i sure am getting tired of having to avoid a gun being stcuk in my face every other time i go to the store.GOd forbid something should happen to the mayor or city council because if something did i bet there would be plenty of police for them other than their bodyguards.
Being a cop is like having an extended family. They, like you will always put their family before anyone else.
As far as “putting their lives on the line everyday & all that garbage”, I agree that yes everyone takes a risk even walking out of their house in the morning but in most professions people don’t put themselves in certain situations that they know they have a good chance of not walking out of. Big difference of being in the wrong place at the wrong time than being there because you specifically put yourself there.
BTW, not all the policeman you see at a processional for a fallen officer is being paid to be there.
Anonymous…I agree.
I should have mentioned…that was my last post on the subject. From here on out, I’ll just follow the subject (like the rest of the lemmings).
Sorry for the soapbox sermon
maumi…
I, too, refrain from posting from home. Unfortunately, your IP can be tracked no matter where you’re calling from - even using a hotel or restaurant’s wireless router they can trace back what IP was used and if you need a password to get on it, (like a library, for example) that tracks it right back to you also. Although, there are such things as anonymous 3rd party routers that you can use which send you through eight other countries and connect you with your party through virtually untracable links. In any case, there ARE good police! I’ve never said there aren’t. And I have no compunction about fire department(s) at all! On the other hand, if I ever really need help, I’d call my brother long before I’d call a cop. As for putting their lives on the line every day and all the garbage that goes with such a ridiculous concept…so does every bus driver, every taxi driver, every pharmacist, every teacher (nowadays), everyone who walks down a sidewalk, everyone who walks down the street to avoid a sidewalk, everyone who ... {insert your profession here}
The difference is cops are more concerned about cops. As proof, I’d offer this: When an officer is in the middle of incident, but a call comes over the radio that another cop is in trouble…are they going to stay and help YOU? Absolutely Not!! Suddenly your problem - no matter HOW important is reduced to nothing! And at a cop’s funeral (god forbid) WE pay for 150 other cops in uniform driving public vehicles to attend. When I go, I seriously doubt there’ll be 100 cruisers driving paid officers in procession to a multi-hour funeral. “Cop Bashing”? No…Reality check!
