Officials are released new information about the fatal shooting that occurred early Tuesday.
COLUMBUS, Ohio—Officials are released new information about the fatal shooting that occurred early Tuesday.
Christopher Hamilton, 22, was found shot behind a house on Stanley Avenue and later died at the hospital.
Detectives said Hamilton went into the apartment and got into a fight with the resident.
According to police, both parties pulled out guns and fired.
The investigation is being forwarded to the grand jury and police are not releasing the identity of the resident at this time.
