4Justice,
I’m sorry to hear about what happened to you. However, we do not know the facts of this case.
Laura, I am with u. this is bringing up 2 many emotions that i have tried my entire life to overcome. I hope that if he did do this, it will be prosecuted rather than ignored.
Weep for taxpayers for having to shell out restitution to these women whose civil rights were “potentially” violated.
Laura,
He is being INVESTIGATED which means they are determining what happened, if anything.
Since we’re jumping to conclusions anyways… I vote for Patriot’s option #3. Fun for all!
Patriots is dead on.
This no-name guy has already been crucified and we don’t even know the situation.
I weep for society.
Doesn’t matter how it reads, it was Alleged Sex. I’m not siding with either here. I’m stating that it was alleged and I need more facts before I can say he is a criminal and these women were victims.
Kashmir….if the headline read “Guard Possibly Seduced by Inmates” would you be in the same set mind frame of neither party is guilty till we know all the facts?
We have to error on the side of protecting the potential victims.
It’s enough to know that there is an abuse of power situation here…where is your assumption of innocence for the accusers?
