Prison Guard Investigated For Alleged Sex With Inmates
COLUMBUS, Ohio—A state prison guard is being investigated after he was accused of having sex with female inmates.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
A search warrant claimed a corrections officer with the Franklin County Pre-release Center allegedly had sex with several of the female inmates.
One victim told investigators the sex acts happened in the laundry room, shower and isolation cells at the center.
NBC 4 will not release the prison guard’s name until and if he is charged with a crime.
Officials confirmed the guard resigned from his position Tuesday.

not that i’m saying that makes the situation ok… just wanted to point that out. he’s still a bad guard. :)
In no way should this be considered rape, as long as this was consensual between parties and both have signed confessions stating such. This should be considered sex in the workplace and the guard should be fired and asked to never join public works again. There should be no jail time or registration as a sex offender for the guard.
