Sex Offender Named Atop Most Wanted List

A man accused of failing to register as a sex offender tops the U.S. marshals’ list of most-wanted fugitives.

COLUMBUS, Ohio—The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and were looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4’s Marcus Thorpe reported.

EDITOR’S NOTE: This list is current as of Sunday, June 28, 2009.

No. 1 – Michael Kelly

Kelly, 32, is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Kelly is described as a white male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

No. 2 – Ricco Tabler

Tabler, 36, is wanted for a probation violation on an original charge of cocaine possession. He is described as a black male who is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

No. 3 – Maurice Walker

Walker, 32, is wanted for a violation of supervised release on an original charge of forgery. He is described as a black male who is 6 feet tall, weighs 165 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

No. 4 – Tyra Anderson

Anderson, 23, is wanted for a violation of supervised release on an original charge of counterfeiting. She is described as a black female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
