Teen Admits To Killing Community Activist
Published: September 16, 2009
TOLEDO, Ohio—An Ohio teenager has admitted to charges in the beating death of a Toledo community activist who also was robbed of his familiar bicycle.
Sixteen-year-old Dai’Lahntae Jemison on Tuesday admitted to juvenile counts of robbery and murder, similar to pleading guilty in adult court. Jemison was found delinquent by Lucas County Juvenile Court Judge Connie Zemmelman and could be locked up until he’s 21 when he’s sentenced on Sept. 29.
Robert Brundage, the 66-year-old victim, was often seen riding his bike to community meetings around Toledo. Authorities say he had just left a meeting about workers’ rights issues on June 22 when Jemison punched him and knocked him off his bicycle. Brundage fell into a coma and died two weeks later.

THESE MURDERS WOULDN’T BE AS
BRUTAL & BLOOD THIRSTY AS THEY ARE GETTING IF WE STARTED BACK TO AN EYE FOR AN EYE
I believe if someone murders someone they should be put to death like their victim. So, let’s put this kid on a bicycle, punch him and knock him off (to the point he goes into a coma and hope that he dies in 2 weeks).
How about capital punishment? Not just locked up until he’s 99!!
DON’T YOU KNOW ANYTHING? THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOUNG MURDERERS A CHANCE TO KILL AGAIN SO THEY HAVE 2 TEARDROPS WHEN THEY GO TO STATE PRISON. LEARN GANGSTA WOULD YA.
“....could be locked up until he’s 21 when he’s sentenced on Sept. 29.“
How about “until he’s 99”?
