The male, who was later identified as 19-year-old Dominick Conley, had outstanding warrants for previous misdemeanor charges, according to Zanesville police.

A wife beater!! HAHA! How fitting!
If that punk sees the light of day before his 40th birthday I will be surprised.
Sorry, duh! I had a bunch of ideas running through my head about this and drinking and voting was some of them. What I meant was “he’s not even old enough to drink and use that as an excuse yet”. Guess I should re-read what I type so I don’t have any more blonde moments. :) HAHA!
re: Patriots; You can vote at 18 years of age. Been that way since the days of Tricky Dick.
He’s 19 and has outstanding warrants (as in plural) and already shot a police officer and a K-9 unit, well I can see that he has a bright future ahead of him. Ironic, what a history he has and he’s not even old enough to vote yet! What a worthless dirt bag!
According to the Ohio Revised Code 2921.321 Assaulting a Police Dog, etc.:
(E)(1) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of assaulting a police dog or horse. Except as otherwise provided in this division, assaulting a police dog or horse is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the violation results in the death of the police dog or horse, assaulting a police dog or horse is a felony of the third degree. If the violation results in serious physical harm to the police dog or horse other than its death, assaulting a police dog or horse is a felony of the fourth degree. If the violation results in physical harm to the police dog or horse other than death or serious physical harm, assaulting a police dog or horse is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
There are more penalties for harassing a police dog, assaulting a service dog (i.e. for the blind), and a police horse.
i think so as knocking a tooth out earned a fella 6 monthes in deleware about a mounth ago.
I’ve recently heard/read that harassing a canine officer is treated the same as doing so to a human police officer.
If the dog dies, will it be murder?
I’m not judging or trying to be smarmy, just asking the question.
