Abercrombie To Eliminate 170 Jobs At Home Office

NEW ALBANY, Ohio —NBC 4 has learned that there will be 170 jobs eliminated at Abercombie’s New-Albany-based home office.
According to a representative from the company, “The company is committed to improving its efficiency. As a result, it has implemented significant initiatives at its home office, where it is in the process of eliminating approximately 170 positions.”
The representative who spoke with NBC 4 would not say when the process began or if it is complete.
They would not say what percentage of all employees the eliminated jobs represent.
