Ark. Police Jail Man With 14 Ohio Warrants

STUTTGART, Ark.—A man wanted in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, on 14 warrants was arrested Wednesday after he crashed into a police car and tried to run from the scene, according to Stuttgart police.
Michael Pannell, 39, lived in Stuttgart before moving to the Cleveland area in Ohio, where he is wanted on kidnapping, sexual assault and rape charges, police said.
Pannell now faces charges for felony fleeing and criminal mischief in Stuttgart, and will face those charges before being returned to Ohio.
