Driver Dies After Vehicle Strikes Pole, Overturns

BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio—A driver was killed after he was ejected from his vehicle early Tuesday, troopers said.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

Troopers from the Marysville post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continued to investigate a fatal crash that happened early Tuesday.

Roger Henson, 55, of Lakeview was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt northbound on County Road 130 near County Road 91 in Logan County.

Henson drove left of center, traveled off the left side of the road, struck a utility pole with the vehicle and overturned the Chevy, troopers said.

Henson was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Logan County coroner.

The crash remained under investigation.

It was the county’s third fatal crash of 2009.
