COLUMBUS, Ohio—Two children and one adult were injured and a fourth person was arrested after police said a vehicle smashed into a semi Monday night.

Around 8 p.m. Monday night, Columbus police responded to a report of an injury accident at North High Street and Lazelle Road on the north side of Columbus.
Upon arrival, emergency crews found a black Chrysler that had rear-ended a tractor-trailer, authorities said.
Two children were taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.
One other person was transported to St. Ann’s Hospital.
There is no information on their injuries or condition.
One person was arrested for DUI, police said.
