Free Summer Games Celebration

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The After-School All-Stars of Columbus will be hosting a free Summer Games Celebration on Friday, July 31, 2009.  The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. and last until 4 p.m. at the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium located at 2450 Fred Taylor Drive.  A complimentary lunch will be provided by ARAMARK and more than 15 clinics will be offered in a variety of sports including martial arts, fencing, tennis, karate, tae kwon do, poetry slam, dance baseball pitching and yoga.  Pre-registration is required for all youth participants accompanied by parental permission.  Registration is available by contacting the After-School All-Stars Columbus (614) 257-1678 or http://www.asascolumbus.org
