So an editorial is gospel truth, but a signed letter (on copyrighted letter head) of Earth Day 1970 leaders refuting the claim of Einhorn is bogus?

Wow.

Dear Onmybike,

Here is the link:

I understand your frustration, finding out your leader is a convicted killer. It would be the same if I found out that Jesus Christ was a Morman.

Warm regards

Earth Day; Fallacy over Relevance,

Does it matter to any of you Earth Day Loons that the founder of you holy day, Ira Einhorn is a convicted murderer?  When his girl friend wanted to breakup with him in 1977, he killed her. Then he turned her into a compost bin by stuffing her body into a trunk for 18 months. Einhorn’s conviction of killing a person should negate any Earth Day celebrations. There should be loathing for any one who chooses to celebrate a day founded by a murderer. Earth Day is not a celebration of preserving the earth, more than it is a celebration of neurotic do gooders who are trying to create some self worth of their lives.

Any religious schools should cease all Earth Day celebrations and replace those plans with discussions of should Earth Day be cancelled. It is time we stop celebrating the feckless Earth Day and we replace it with a day of remembrance for the murder young woman whose life was snuffed out over thirty years ago.

Warm regards
