Parents Who Force Kids To Sleep In Cages File Appeal

NORWALK, Ohio—A northern Ohio couple convicted of forcing their adopted children to sleep in cages have filed another appeal.
This time Michael and Sharen Gravelle are appealing to the Ohio Supreme Court.
The Gravelles were convicted of abusing some of the children in December 2006 after authorities said the couple kept some of their 11 special-needs children in wire and wood enclosures.
A judge ordered them to start serving out their sentences in April after an Ohio appeals court turned down their request for a new trial.
Their appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court says the couple’s search and seizure rights were violated by sheriff’s deputies who looked through their home and that they couldn’t get a fair hearing after pictures of the cages were released to the media.

HA! I lived near them long time ago and always wondered why the state or county dinna step in back then to take these Jim JOnes byblows to even have SOMEONE else’s kids to raise… ever WONDER what happened to their kids? they always been working them kids like slaves..building a prayer haus? come on! thats toooo creepy for people as old as them anyway… NO to letting them have any more Animals to pen…they need to be euthenised.Ya I remember these idiots… they were creepy in person and they had a filthy mess of a haus for being fosters…like many here in cols.. nasty dirty foster homes and yet!..I wonder why state even allows this.. its like legal child abuse and molestations.
since these idiots think they didnt do wrong lets store them in the cages they built and save the tax payers burden. the jail cells are much nicer than the cages the kids were confined to
Two years apiece and they just got sent to their home. Now they are complaining suck it up and be a man or woman and do your time you big crybabys how about your kids and what you did to them i hope you rot. TOO BAD THE KIDS CAN,T APPEAL TO KEEP THEM IN PRISON LONGER
They can appeal to god if they wish but it wo,nt do them any good. They are getting their justcie that they should have got a long time ago. Only they should have got a much longer sentence but who cares screw them they did,nt care about their kids so who cares about them sit and rot.
