Local Teen Helps With DTV Transition

UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio—There are only 31 days left until the transition to digital television.  Many people are still scrambling to get their converter boxes hooked up, but for those who aren’t tech-saavy, this is not an easy process. NBC 4’s Ana Jackson met Upper Arlington High School Senior, Kevin Morgan who turned the DTV transition into a school service project.  He mostly helps senior citizens install converter boxes.

Morgan first advertised in church bulletins, but soon word-of-mouth was all it took to spread news of his service.  Sometimes, he has as many as four jobs in a day and has now become a family affair.  Mom is his scheduler and dad goes along with Kevin to help out.
