Man threatens Walgreens pharmacist with knife and steals percocet
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police are looking for a man who robbed a Walgreens on E. Broad Street at knife point Tuesday and hope the surveillance video will lead to his arrest.

The Walgreens is located on the 7900 block of E. Broad Street in Columbus. Columbus Police say the suspect walked up to the pharmacy counter a little after 3:00pm Tuesday with a knife. The suspect reached across the counter, grabbed one of the pharmacists and demanded Percocet. The pharmacist complied and the suspect fled the store on foot.
Witnesses describe the thief as a male, black, 6’1”-6’2” tall, weighing 220 pounds and looks to be in his 30’s. He was wearing a red Ohio State hoodie with a black knit cap under the hood at the time of the robbery. The suspect also had a scar on his face near his mouth.
