COLUMBUS, Ohio—A portion of Interstate 71 was closed for several hours overnight Thursday after a tractor-trailer jackknifed.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.

The crash happened shortly after midnight where I-71 southbound meets Interstate 70 westbound in Downtown.

The tractor-trailer jackknifed and was blocking all lanes of I-71 southbound.

Authorities were called to the scene and closed a portion of I-71 southbound.

The crash didn’t not cause any sort of leak or hazmat situation, but it took crews about two hours to move the semi from traffic lanes.
