COLUMBUS, Ohio—Working from home have you bored?

Are you looking to juice up your start-up idea?

A local trend—co-working—may be the solution.

Many people have been finding success and a breath of fresh air and Sandbox—a co-working space in the Short North.

“A collective environment where people of different backgrounds primarily get together and have a space where they could collectively work outside their home,“ said Ryan Bauer, of Sandbox.

Small businesses call Sandbox home. The building offers a full-time space, including a desk, full access to meeting spaces, a kitchen and computer network.

Also included is a group of other entrepreneurs working in the same area—instant colleagues to provide perspective.

Businesses who sign up for part-time spaces get access to some of the same resources.

There is a location in Gahanna, and projects are in the works at Easton and Powell.

Business owners at the Short North location said they feel they can succeed better as a start up with Sandbox in their corner.
