Help Wanted: Ohio State Fair
COLUMBUS, Ohio—There are jobs up for grabs at the Ohio State Fair in 2009.
Hundreds of people have walked through the doors this week looking for work, even though the job will only last two weeks.
Applicants say it doesn’t matter—in this economy, work is work.
The human resources director says they are seeing faces they have never seen, many laid off from previous jobs.
There are 600 job openings, but 80 percent of those jobs will be filled by returning help from last year.
To learn more about how to apply this year for the remaining 120 jobs, visit http://ohiostatefair.com/.
