It never ceases to amaze me how prejudiced some folks seem to be about the westside. The majority of the people on the westside are gainfully employed and take pride in their surroundings. I’ve been with the same law firm for 10 years, own my own home, and attend a wonderful church on the westside. I also volunteer in many civic activities.
If you have a problem with the city and their lack of curbside yard waste pickup, take it out on the city, not the people who live on the westside.
We didn’t create the [yard waste]problem and we don’t deserve to have our area of town constantly belittled by people who don’t seem to know any better.
This is ridiculous! How about my yard waste going into the street, or maybe a vacant house. The city was suppose to pick up the stinking yard waste when the public passed the stinking tax increase. Go to the west side and throw it, all the other waste is over here.
