Sheriff Identifies Teen Who Died In Crash
BLENDON TOWNSHIP, Ohio—A teen was killed in a one-vehicle crash early Tuesday.

The Franklin County sheriff’s office continued to investigate a fatal one-vehicle crash that occurred at about 2:12 a.m. Tuesday.
The crash happened on Sunbury Road, north of Morse Road, in Blendon Township.
A 2003 gray Toyota Corolla was traveling southbound on Sunbury Road when it struck a guardrail, went off the roadway and struck a tree, deputies said.
Authorities identified the driver as 16-year-old Devonte Morris of Columbus late Tuesday morning.
Morris was transported to Grant Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
It wasn’t known currently whether alcohol and/or drugs or speed were suspected factors in the crash.
Morris was not wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags were deployed, deputies said.
An investigation into the crash continued.
