COLUMBUS, Ohio—NBC 4 (WCMH-TV) will move the popular syndicated show, The Doctors, to 4:00 p.m. from 2:00 p.m., beginning Monday, September 14.

“The Doctors, airing at 2:00 p.m. for the last year, has displayed substantial ratings growth in all major demographics over the past three Nielsen ratings books compared to prior years.  We look forward to building off this recent ratings success by moving The Doctors into the highly competitive 4-5pm time period,” said Dan Bradley, NBC 4 Vice President and General Manager.

The fastest-growing talk show on television, The Doctors, introduced an entirely new concept to the TV landscape—real doctors discussing medicine and health in a relatable fashion five days a week.

The hosts of The Doctors are ER physician Dr. Travis Stork; obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Lisa Masterson; plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgery expert Dr. Andrew Ordon; and pediatrician Dr. James Sears.

The 2:00 time slot will have Extra at 2:00 p.m. and Access Hollywood at 2:30 p.m., both repeated episodes from the weekday before.

Inside Edition, currently airing at 4:30 p.m. will move to 11:30 a.m. effective Tuesday, September 15.
