Whitehall police don’t have any suspects currently.

Dear Buckeye Bill,

Thank you for pointing out the obvious passage of time between when the accident happened and when the interview took place.  I’m sure a lot of readers overlooked those stated facts, however, I was not one of them.  Apparently I am not as perfect as you choose to see me, as I fail to see the relationship between the timing of events, and my comment(s).  I will try to work on that, just for you, because I can see you’re sweet on me. *wink*

Also, I was unaware of any criticism that I had inadvertently implied toward the author of this report, when I was seeking clarification of this poor young man’s condition.  Perhaps I should seek medical training instead of your suggested career change.  That seems the most logical solution to avoid any future misunderstandings, like the one I experienced today.

And lastly, I do not believe that God, or anyone else, has given you the authority to judge my beliefs. I will pray for you to be more accepting of others, I will pray for you to gain the insight that you already think you have. And I will pray, again, for this young man as well as his family and those who are responsible for his care.

XO, Ms. Stranded

P.S.  Just to save you the thought, those responsible for this tragedy are also in my prayers.

Hello there Mr or Mrs (PERFECT) Stranded.
A lot time had passed from 1.30am when the accident happened till NBC 4 spoke to the father before noon.
If you can tell the story better, I believe that NBC4 has applications that You can fill out online.
Just Pray that the young man will be ok.
I bet that you don’t believe in prayer.
I like to tell it like it is. If you can’t understand what their saying, sorry bout your luck.

Thank you, msmic12, I was unaware of that.  Makes perfect sense now that I think about it.

When a person is in a great deal of pain, they will put them on a ventilator and heavily medicate them. This helps the body to heal quicker.

dont knock nbc’s reporting.  this mistake is nothing, they are more concerned with creating jobs for the uneducated. this is how they are giving back to the community.

The report first states: “Gillespie was transported to Grant Medical Center in nonlife-threatening condition.“

Then further down the report states: “NBC 4 spoke to Gillespie’s father before noon. Anthony L. Gillespie said his son remains on a ventilator. He cannot talk, is in a lot of pain and has a lot of road rash.“

So I can’t help but wonder why this young man is on a ventilator if his injuries are nonlife-threatening? Isn’t not being able to breath on one’s own in and of itself life-threatening?
