Woman Removed From Tree After Union County Crash
MARYSVILLE, Ohio—Two people were hospitalized Saturday night after they were injured in a single-vehicle crash.
The crash occurred on state Route 245 in Union Township just west of Marysville at about 8 p.m.
Troopers said the car left the roadway and hit a utility pole, which needed repair following the crash.
One person had to be extricated from the vehicle and a second person was removed from a tree where she was reported to have landed after being ejected from the passenger side of the vehicle.
The victims were flown to The Ohio State University Medical Center. Their conditions were not immediately available.
