Columbus City Schools Set Calamity Days

COLUMBUS, Ohio—From September’s wind storm to February’s ice and snow, Columbus City Schools will have to make up calamity days this year.

NBC 4 GOT ANSWERS on when students and parents can expect the make up school days.

This school year will be extended by two days, with students finishing school Monday, June 8.

A handful of schools had three days to make up; their final day of classes will be Tuesday, June 9.

These schools included: Beery, Cedarwood Alternative, Colerain, Cranbrook, Devonshire Alternative, Dominion, Eakin, Eastgate, East Linden, Hamilton Stem Academy and Ridgeview.
