Detectives Charge Son With Double Murder
[dateline] -- Detectives have made an arrest in last Friday’s double murder at 2702 Maplewood Drive, NBC 4 reported.
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Robert MacMichael II and charged him with the aggravated murder of his mother, Barbara Rush-MacMichael, and her boyfriend, Greg Bartee, according to police reports.
The couple’s bodies were discovered in the bedroom of the home last Friday by a housemate who returned home for the evening.
MacMichael, 25, is scheduled to be arraigned in Franklin County court.
