Victim Stable After Late-Night Shooting
[dateline] -- One person is in critical condition this morning, and another is under arrest after a late-night shooting.
The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. last night along 8th Avenue and 4th Street, NBC 4 reported.
Officers at the scene weren't positive on motive.
The 22-year-old victim, Michael Tatum, was rushed to the hospital in serious but stable condition
Police used mace on a suspect before taking him in for questioning in the case.
