Maybe now Children’s Services will actually help children. I work in a field that deals with FCCS alot and it’s like pulling teeth to get a child in there. Even if there is obvious signs of abuse. Absolutely worthless!! I don’t think Westerville Schools needed that levy that much. The school sytem isn’t all that great. People that voted ‘yes’ must love to hand out money to whoever asks. Wheres the line? I could always use some.
Ok first things first….Delaware, your going to regret not putting new sirens in…what happens when a tornado hits and the people who live clear in boonyville don’t hear it. This isn’t an out of sight out of mind thing. You wouldn’t stop your car insurance just because you didn’t need it yet would you?
Second thing, nice going Southwestern! Way to torture the kids to get what you want! Try not to waste the money again LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO!!!!! Does every High School need 6 principals and each with their own secretary? How about taking a salary cut? I bet if you had done that the kids wouldn’t have needed to suffer for Fall Sports. I wouldn’t send my kid’s to SWCS to save my life!
Final thing, did we just agree to push 1000’s of people out of their homes, cause family strife, allow prostitution and the Mob to invade our cities here in Ohio? Did we seriously just agree to have a higher Crime rate, more crooked Columbus cops and more drug dealers on the street? No you say? Are you sure because from Issue 3 passing, that is just what we did!
I want to know who won the southwest city school board race. Why don’t you post all the results?
