Authorities issue a statewide endangered missing child alert for a 14-year-old male whom authorities say likely is in danger.
CENTRAL OHIO—Authorities issued a statewide endangered missing child alert for a 14-year-old male Monday whom authorities said likely is in danger.

The East Palestine police department issued the alert because the child is believed to be in danger.
Sebastian Mikkel Bragg was seen last at 46608 N. State St., in the city of New Waterford in Columbiana County at 2 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17.
Sebastian is 14 years old. He’s white and is 5 feet 9 inches tall. He weighs 140 pounds and has straight, short, black hair. He has brown eyes. Both of his ears are pierced.
It is believed Sebastian is with a male companion, 22-year-old Andrew Thomas Taormina.
Taormina is a white male. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds. He has strawberry-blond, short, straight hair. He has hazel eyes.
They may be traveling in a four-door, 1994, blue-green Dodge Intrepid with an Ohio plate of ECM5922. There is a dent on the back fender.
