Do-Not-Deliver List Warns Pizza Drivers
Published: October 8, 2009
DAYTON, Ohio—A list is being put together in one Ohio city to keep pizza delivery drivers safely away from vacant houses, many of which were lost to foreclosures.
The joint effort by police and a neighborhood group in Dayton is a response to the beating of a pizza driver who’d gone to a vacant house in late July. Police say 66-year-old Yeung Ng suffered critical head and facial injuries and was left in the house by four assailants, who took his vehicle.
Marc Suda, president of the Five Oaks Neighborhood Association, says the “do not deliver” list now includes about 160 addresses that will be supplied to pizza shops.

EVERY problem could be solved by EVERYONE carrying a loaded handgun on their person and not being afraid to use it.
Best thing to do when you are a pizza delivery person and/or a taxi cab driver is to carry a LOADED HANDGUN on your person and don’t be afraid to use it….
Every city should follow suit and do this. I feel bad for the pizza delivery guys because they are just out there trying to make money to support themselves and families.
this is a start but would be much better to send an armed plain clothed cop to the adress when items are ordered to get the thugs off the street. they attempt to rob the cop and are arrested or shot either or would be a great way to deter others. the homes arent the problem the thugs are.
