Missing 3-Year-Old Last Seen With Mom, Tier 3 Sex Offender

Authorities are looking for 3-year-old Haylee Elizabeth Jade Donathan. Authorities believe Haylee is with her mother and a her mother’s boyfriend, a Tier 3 sexual offender.
CRESTLINE, Ohio – Authorities issued an endangered missing child advisory for 3-year-old Haylee Elizabeth Jade Donathan late Monday.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
Authorities in Crestline issued the advisory for Haylee at about 10 p.m. While an Amber Alert is not in effect, the child is believed to be in danger.
Haylee was seen last in Crestline Thursday, May 28.
She was with her mother, Candace K. Watson, and her mother’s boyfriend, Robbi Douglas Potter.
Potter is a Tier 3 sex offender. He recently was released from prison and was living at a halfway house after being convicted of sexual battery with a minor.
Potter has warrants out for his arrest.
Authorities said they believe Watson and Potter are together, possibly at a private campground in the Central Ohio area.
Haylee is a white female who is 2 feet 5 inches tall. She weighs 37 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
She was seen last wearing a white T-shirt with Minnie Mouse on the front and light purple shorts.
Potter, 27, is a white male who is 6 feet tall. He weighs about 200 pounds and has short, straight, brown hair. He has a beard and blue eyes.
He has a tattoo of a dream catcher and an angel on his left arm and a cross with angels and clouds and the name Naomi on his right arm.
Watson, 24, is a white female who is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has shoulder-length, straight, brown hair.
The couple was believed to be driving a 1988 blue or black Chevy pick-up truck with a 30-day tag of Q645916 or Ohio license plate CKX6248 or EKB3855.
Anyone with information on Haylee, Watson or Potter’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Crestline Police Department at 419-683-2222 or your local authorities.

thank god they finally found her, alive!!
When something hits this close to home everyone around wants to help and i home it continues this way until this little angel is brought home safe and unharmed, she deserves none and this and i just can’t understand why anyone would put their kids in that kind of danger in the first please, haylee is friends with the niece of my really good friend and had spent many nights at her house, she is VERY upset and wants us to ask everyone to pray and look out little haylee and pray she gets home safe. and she wants haylee to know she misses her. please anyone and everyone please do all you can to help bring this little girl home. i have put up posters and called everyone changed my myspace some and yahoo messenger to let everyone know that i can about this case. i went to alot of churches all around town asking for the churches to pray for little haylee to come home safe. i have email various new stations tv shows even steve wilkos to help get the word out. for whatever stupid reason they can still not issue an amber alert, please we need your help everyone. let’s bring this little angel home safe and sound.
There is only one proven cure for sex offenders,remove their “boys”! No more testosterone-no more sex drive.They can still beat women and children and/or psycologically mess with people,but CANNOT perform sexually to offend against anyone!
Why is it that victims rights don’t matter as much as the offenders?We can “cure” them all as a society if we choose to.
luv4truth, it terrible u had to endure that, trust me, i knw it haunts forever (especially arter having children). Although, I strongly believe that there is NO help @ all for any individual (man nor woman) that lives with a sexual desire for children. This is a sickness that cannot be fixed. it’s just like same sex relationships, they cannot help thier desires. And I feel that my daughter should be able to play at recess, in the back yard, at the pool and any other social activities without the fear of being victimized by a sick pedophile. They can lock them up in a hospitol or jail for all i care but they better keep them there.
People do cruel and hateful things to each other, I’ve never understood why but I do know it is a human trait when their disturbed about something.
Sending a person who preys on innocent children to prison isn’t going to rehabilitate a pedophile.
Prison isn’t about rehabilitation it’s about punishing and incarceration to keep scum off our public streets…. now politicians are harking to the call of locking everyone up to please the voters.
Soon no one will be around to vote may be the eventual outcome….. okay , shame on me.
Sickos who actually do harm to children need to be placed in a mental institution or to someone else’s care who will be willing to take full responsibly for that pedophile’s actions and whereabouts . Most aren’t monsters, they are humans who made a mistake and need help.
Today no one wants to be responsible for their family’s negative actions, instead we send derelicts off to juvey, prison or the old folks home.
I was molested as a very young child and rescued at the last moment by a passerby .... I’m grateful each day to be alive and I use my life time trying to educate parents to take better care of their kids and not let them alone so much to fend for themselves because kids make some very stupid and horrid mistakes when left to their own devices.

Darla, I am sorry to hear that you and your family had to endure that horrific experience, it lasts a lifetime. I pray for everyone that encounters a perv. You sound like a very stable and intelligent individual, my best of wishes for you and your family that you are able to deal with the consequences that this mans actions has bestowed upon your family.
On another note…...period point blank there is no way possible to rehabilitate someone that is turned on by children, it is absolutely impossible. That behavior is inhumane, disgusting and horrid. Anyone who defends these types of individuals may as well consider themselves just as sick as them. :-(

Luv4truth… you have no idea what you’re talking about. FACT: He did not only sexually assult (rape) 1 child like a lot of articles have been stating. He sexually assulted 2, one was 7, the other was 9. He took a female minor to another state, she got terribly sick while they were there and he would not allow her to go home no matter how much she begged. FACT: He got a teenage girl pregnant and the only reason her parents didn’t file statuatory rape charges on him was because he convinced her and her parents that if he went to prison, he wouldn’t be able to help take care of his baby. What would make you think that 3 years of prison would rehabilitate him. Obiously whatever they did in prison to try to help him didn’t work. If he was rehabilitated he would have followed the rules, did his time in the half-way house and went on to live a normal life. He doesn’t think laws or rules apply to him and he was so spoiled growing up, he doesn’t see anything wrong with taking what he wants. That’s what makes him dangerous! How do I know this you ask?... I’m the mother of one of those children and I know what he’s capable of.
im with mcquest on this one, there is no way that i would ever put my daughter in jeopardy, she has family that she is not allowed around and they haven’t even been convicted, allegations r enough 4 me. :-(

you want to let an RSO around your kid because he served his time he must be rehabilitated right, no way he would do it again right. Tier 1,2,or 3, I check the registry often and no way any of them is having any sort of relations with me or my kid. They do repeat, it’s a sickness in the head.
