Strickland Signs State Budget

DAYTON, Ohio—After three interim budget agreements, the official state budget was signed Friday afternoon.

Gov. Ted Strickland signed the state’s two-year operating budget in Dayton.

The budget was approved late Monday by state senators and representatives, but Strickland took the last few days to go through the 3,000-plus-page document and make line item vetoes.
